Around two decades back Aakhen, a comedy movie was released starring Govinda and Chunkey Pandey in lead roles. This movie was produced by Pahlaj Nihalani and was directed by David Dhawan. It became a major laughing hit at that time. Sequel of this movie is now planned but direction here will be given by Anees Bazmee.
Nihalani is busy these days planning for the idea of this sequel and he signed Anees for direction. This movie is tentatively titled Aakhen Char and will hit the floors in August 2013.
This one would be a comedy movie. Movie would be similiar to its original one but the script would now include both heroes playing double roles. Cast of this movie is not finalized yet.
