After his movie being banned in the state of Tamil Nadu as result of protest by some Muslim organizations, Kamal Haasan gave his statement in an open letter where he said that he will be taking legal action against this cultural terrorism.
He while talking to his fans and friends says ‘I m quite touched by the people who are supporting me and my movie but at the same time I am quite shocked at the reaction from these Muslim brothers. I have always raised my voice in favor of all that actions that are humanitarian. I have always been part of united India and have worked for peace and friendship between Hindu and Muslim.’
He further says ‘I would never wish to hurt feelings of any community and would never insult anyone. Some people who are seeking for political benefits are making it happen again and again. All those who are neutral Muslims would be feeling proud of my movie. We have designed this movie for everyone.’
‘I would like to thank all those who are supporting me as I am striving to stop this cultural terrorism.’
