Ameesha Patel filed legal case in Civil Court against uncles!

Ameesha Patel has filed a legal case in Pune Civil Court where she has claimed rights at a flat in Manali Apartments Pune. This case has been filed against her uncles’ Nalin Rajni Patel and Sunil Rajni Patel. This flat was property of her grandmother late Sushila Patel.

Ameesha claims that she was the benefactor for this house but her uncles do not agree. They have earlier accused her to have illegally sneaked in to this apartment with duplicate keys while they were in Nashik in the year 2010.

They claim that their mother had registered a gift deed for this apartment in their name in the year 2007. Also they claim that Ameesha had forged signatures of their mother in flat’s documents. Hearing of this case will be conducted on December 13th.
