Rishi Kapoor performed the role of a gay dean in Karan Johar's recent release Student Of The Year. He is now all set to play the role of Dawood in director Nikhil Advani's D Day. It is said that this role would be a great accomplishment by Rishi where he will be stepping in to the shoes of Dawood. For this role, it took great struggle for Nikhil to convince Rishi Kapoor. It is said that initially Rishi Kapoor refused for this role and thus second choice for this role was
Arshad Warsi. But Nikhil became successful in convincing Kapoor for this role.
D Day will feature
Arjun Rampal in the role of a RAW agent. Arjun himself is quite excited to work with Rishi Kapoor for this first time and he said that he had been looking for an opportunity to work with him and
Irrfan Khan and D Day has finally given him this chance. He is quite keen to get started on this project. Arjun would need to undergo physical training sessions for this role.
Arjun while talking about this movie said that a number of expert trained action directors are invited from Hollywood and they will be training us with specialized experience and combat tactics which they have learnt from MOSSAD.
This movie is about RAW agents who are assigned to bring back Dawood from Pakistan and the role of agents here are performed by Arjun Rampal and Irrfan Khan.
