The Censor Board Of Film Certification have been heard asking for a disclaimer to be added at the start of the movie by the makers whether it’s about smoking or assurance of the characters of the movie doesn’t match any person in real life.
This time Prakash Jha wishes to make changes and thus have gone to ask for consent of Censors regarding his movie Chakravyuh. He has requested for consent to display a disclaimer at the beginning of the movie saying that the makers own the responsibility of borrowing characters and some situations from real life.
Usually the disclaimer at the start of the movie goes like 'Resemblances to any character or incident, living or dead are purely coincidental' but Prakash wishes to have the disclaimer like 'Resemblances to real-life characters and incidents are intentional'.
When he was inquired about this request he said that he doesn’t want to deny any historical outlooks used in his movie and thus would like to have this announcement as the political references used in this movie are not artificially made. He further added that this movie works within the real life structures and situations and thus he would want his audiences to be aware of this.
