Criminal case filed against Santoshi by PVR Pictures!

PVR Pictures have filed a criminal case against Filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi for a bounced cheque. This story is around 4 years old and the case is that Santoshi was paid an advance cheque of Rs. 1.11 crore to make a movie for PVR Pictures. The director has failed to give a script to the production house in the given time and he was asked to return the cheque.

Santoshi issued Rs. 50 lakhs cheque for PVR but the cheque bounced and further more he didn't cooperate in spite of many follow-ups. This they had no option but to file this case and now Santoshi would be required to appear in court on September 7th.
